Does CPA Facility have workouts for youth as well as adults?

YES! CPA Facility was created and designed with the full family in mind. We have the services and the space to facilitate adults working out on their own, or while their youth are working out and training. Click over to the contact page to book your next session.

Does CPA Facility train only advanced athletes or only beginner athletes?

WE TRAIN BOTH! At CPA, we have a specialization in advanced athletes, intermediate athletes, and beginner athletes. Many of the advanced athletes we have began with us as beginners, and our philosophies are designed around the ability to maximize what is possible for any human who works with us. Only requirement is that you are hungry to get to a new level.

Does CPA Facility only train private lessons?

Can multiple athletes train or workout at once?

YES! Yes they can. We can even service multiple types of workouts at once. The facility is designed for versatility.

What is the best way to book my sessions?

Thereafter, we do have a personalized mobile app that we can book you on to make things quicker and at your own pace.
